Damage on new vehicle
We made a 6 hr. drive on Tuesday so we could pick up our Outlander on Wednesday at 10 am….we were met by staff who took us to see the vehicle…We were told & shown that it had a small dent &scratch on drivers door!!!!We were so disappointed,as we should have been told before we even went there!! We did end up buying the vehicle as the insurance/banking etc had already been done!! We were promised that we would hear from them in a day or so to make plans to have the damaged door repaired…..we will wait and see!! So disappointed about this!!
The vehicle,however,gave us a comfortable 6 hr ride back home after….
I feel with the money invested in this vehicle,we shouldn’t have to wait long for repair to be done! Hoping to hear from Mitsubishi asap!
