Calvin said they didn't complete the work on his vehicle. He wanted Justin to install the bumper and connect it properly but Justin reattached it without securing or ridging the outer edge so it wouldn't sag. He convinced Justin to put the bumper back on but it wasn't a good job. He appreciated that they put new tires on the vehicle but when he got it back his spare tire was missing. He was not satisfied with the repairs because it wasn't done correctly. He was told the vehicle would be ready Wednesday but it wasn't done until the following Thursday because Justin was still trying to repair the bumper. He was not kept informed since he only spoke with Justin twice and he called them both times. There wasn't much communication besides the 2 times they spoke. Calvin would not recommend this business because the quality of work wasn't there and the lack of communication. He would like to have his spare rim and tire back.

Mr.Calvin didn't want to fix his vehicle he wanted to keep the insurance check instead of doing the repairs needed. We did everything he asked but you cant fix a wrecked vehicle without ordering the parts needed.As far as the bumper sagging yes that is true because you in fact told Justin all you wanted was tires and nothing else.
