Logan said it took too long, it was promised earlier, and it was 2 days late. It wasn't really the fault of this business because they had to ship it to another place to hook up the rear bumper sensor wiring, and their employee came in late so the work wasn't done on time, so technically, it wasn't Capitol Chevrolet Body Shop's fault. Logan stated he wasn't kept adequately informed because he actually had to call to clarify when his vehicle would be ready, and that was fine. There wasn't enough communication to know when he'd get it back and when it would be ready, so he was calling them himself. He chose this business because it's the sister shop of the affiliated dealership where he bought his vehicle.
