Gerod chose not to elaborate about the body work. He said the business had to keep sending the replacement tire back because it would be the wrong one. They had the vehicle for two weeks and no one called him or told him what the deal with his vehicle was. He would have to call the business every day to check up on the status. Eventually the representative working on his vehicle mentioned that he wasn't supposed to give the vehicle back, but he did it because Gerod was paying for a rental vehicle. He mentioned that his estimator, Chris, was great. Gerod also mentioned that he shouldn't have had to call the business, they should have called him to keep him updated.
