Deborah said she was not satisfied with the overall experience with this business. She said the quality of the repair was not good because they damaged another section of her vehicle next to the front bumper and it looked like it was torched. She was not pleased with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because they told her to come back another day for the other repair to be done. She had no gas to keep coming back and forth to this business. The insurance company will not cover her rental vehicle for this work. She said the communication was poor and she had to call this business to find out the status of her vehicle because the rental vehicle would not cover this problem. She lives about 50 miles away from this business and it was very inconvenient. She would not recommend this business to others because of this experience.
