Andrew said the business is very good and added he was well taken care of. Also, Andrew commented he appreciates the business's effort. According to Andrew the automated system communicated the parts were in. However, he stated when he called to schedule the appointment for the start of the repairs he was informed the information received from the automated system wasn't accurate.
