Christina said she was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because the hood, door and frame were off. They also put on the wrong rubber piece for the trimming of the door. She was not given a promised set date. She said she does not know the reason why they did not keep her informed during the repair process. The estimate was not done by this business, it was done by a different business.

We got Christian's car back in the shop and took care of all of her issues and put her in a rental while we was taking care of her problems.
