I recently moved to ABQ & within a few days, my car was hit while parked. I selected Car Crafters Montano to do the repairs. From the first phone call to the completion of the repairs, they provided outstanding services. On my first call, the person answering the phone was professional and friendly and immediately scheduled a time convenient for me to bring my car in. Upon arriving at the facility, the ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly. Patricia Vital was my assigned service advisor. She was extremely professional and helpful, going above and beyond to assist in getting my car scheduled for repairs. She maintained constant communication, always letting me know what was happening with my car. And of course my car looked fantastic - the techs did an outstanding job. Anytime I walked in the facility, everyone was friendly and helpful; there was always a positive vibe. Car Crafters is a company that far exceeded my expectations and turned a stressful situation into an easy and seamless resolution. This customer service through the company is outstanding. I’ll always return to them for any repairs I need in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on your vehicles.
