Out of control staff
There’s an absolute clown named Mike working there. I brought my car there for a quote regarding damage from an accident. It took them a few days, no big deal. I left the car there for a few days extra while i was waiting for the insurance company to give me them the go ahead to fix it. And today the clown Mike called and told me I need to come pick up my car or he would have it towed. Zero conversations took place prior to this call. And that was his opening statement. What an unprofessional place. Safe to say I’ll bring it to a better place to get the work done

WAY too much for the tow
Charged $385 for about a 5 mile tow.

we sublet our towing to an outside vendor.  We do not come up with pricing nor do we have any control on what they charge. i apoligize for any inconvience this may have caused

Easy and transparent process
Carbone Collision Center makes getting car repairs and processing insurance easy and transparent. I like getting text message updates about my vehicle repairs and ease of communication when I call. The technicians do a great job because the car came back super clean and good as new!

Made an upsetting situation bearable
Scheduling was as simple as giving them a call and if the car hadn’t been semi drivable, they would have picked it up. As soon as the estimate was created and our insurance approved it, parts were ordered and work started. Even with parts delivery, the whole process took 1 month. The work appears to be very good and the front desk staff were extremely pleasant.
