Very dishonest
I reviewed this business previously and I thought they were an honest family business boy was I wrong. Sold me a car mid December Nick told me it only needed tires. I had Nick do the tires couple of days later the alternator went and he charged me full labor which I didn’t think was fair but I moved forward. couple of weeks later the exhaust pipe fell off they lied and tried to tell me that it was crushed and I hit som thing meanwhile I didn’t hit anything. I’ve been driving long enough to know when I hit some thing plus I was driving on a freshly paved road. also when I texted Sarah with a picture of the pipe because a man was helping me she said yes it looks rotted and I have a screenshot of that text. Then she changed her mind and said I hit something. I guess they thought I was that stupid! They wanted to charge me $900 to repair the exhaust my friends boyfriend did it for $100. Nick knew I didn’t have the money but he didn’t care. Engine light was coming on from when I bought the car he told me it’s because he changed an oxygen sensor and I had to reset that was a lie! Got the code checked from my brother and AutoZone and I needed a catalytic converter and another oxygen sensor. Also has a bad right axle and an oil leak. I had another mechanic to do the catalytic converter and the other oxygen sensor cost me $885. Also when I first bought the car the inspection said it expired in January so I said OK Nick I have until February 1 to get this inspected and he said yes. I got pulled over that inspection expired February 1 of 2022. I got confused with the month of January but he knew that inspection was over a year expired and he sold me the damn car anyway he knew it would never pass inspection. I got a ticket for $143. $50 for the ticket and $93 for the surcharge. He should’ve never sold me that car it was fit for the junkyard not to sell to a customer. sold me the car for $4500 I was very stupid to trust him I wish I could delete my original review where I gave them a good review saying they were a good family business and I was happy to find them I was very stupid to trust these liars! I have proof of everything I’m saying! They totally screwed me over!

THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEW! YOU PURCHASED THIS CAR IN NOVEMBER WE TOLD YOU IT NEEDED TIRES YOU WERE DESPERATE FOR A CAR... WE SOLD TO YOU... A MONTH AND SOME WEEKS LATER YOU BROUGHT IT IN FOR THE TIRES -- A WEEK AFTER THAT THE ALTERNATOR WENT--- ITS AN 18 YEAR OLD CAR WITH 132K ON IT ... THEN WEEKS AFTER THAT YOU CALLED AND SAID EXAHUST FELL DOWN ---- THE EXHAUST WAS RUSTED YES IT IS AN 18 YEAR OLD CAR,,, WHEN YOU HIT BUMPS POTHOLES ETC AND YOU HAVE A RUSTED PIPE AT THE CONNNECTOR YES IT BREAKS AND WHEN IT BREAKS IT GETS CRUSHED BY THE GROUND THATS JUST SCIENCE. YOU DRIVE THIS CAR EVERYDAY UPSTATE TO WORK SO AN AVERAGE OF WHAT ABOUT 80 MILES A DAY, COUPLE THAT WITH AN 18 YEAR OLD CAR REPAIRS ARE GOING TO ARISE. HAD YOU EXPRESSED YOUR NEED FOR A CAR THAT WOULDNT REQUIRE ANY REPAIRS AT ALL I WOULD HAVE SUGGESTED YOU PURCAHSE A NEW CAR.
