My car was “fixed” by a body shop prior to Classic Collision (CC) acquiring them. It was a terrible business experience and a painting disaster. CC stepped up and rectified the situation through their Monroe, NC location. Darel, the manager, was professional and a pleasure to work with. Things do not always go well in business and the true measure of a company is how they respond. CC thoroughly exceeded my expectations!!!
