Customer service is great
I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonota Limited. The wind screen that pops up when I the open roof came loose. I drove my car to the dealer,& the next day they had me in a loaner while the fixed was being done. 2 days later it was fixed,& I am a happy camper..

Great customer service!!
This was my first time at Chapman Hyundai and it was a great choice! My service writer was joe bartizal and he was great. They fixed my issue working hours as where other dealers would have needed days. I’m a mechanic by trade so I checked the work performed and it’s top notch! Thank guys!

Problem solves
Want in for a repair to the drivers side door lock, Was greeted right away. Later that day I received a call informing me that the part had to be obtained from another dealer and that they were also working on a recall notice that I was unaware of. Joe said they were working to complete the work before days end. I said that the next morning worked well for me, The next day I signed the paper work and was out the door in less that 5 minutes. My car had been washed and cleaned inside Total cost $0.00

Fast and friendly
I was able to make an appointment to bring my car in the next day. They were able to inspect the vehicle, perform the recommended service and take care of the open recall very quickly— I was back on the road even faster than they had originally estimated. They had great, honest recommendations for upcoming maintenance, but they weren’t pushy about it. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with the service department.

I received a call that there was a recall on my car. I took it in and the car was taken back immediately to be worked on. Unfortunately after it was washed they parked it and didnt let me know it was done until I finally walked outside to get somebody's attention.
