Great Service Department
Great Service Department, Very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I think my issue is in the design of the car because they were unable to fix my problem because of the way Hyundai designs their AC system. Not the service departments fault, they did their best and were very awesome to work with. It is a shame because I LOVE everything else about my car and would be a customer for life but can't have a crappy AC system living in AZ with a 6 Yr old whining in the backseat that shes not getting any air every time we go somewhere.

Back tire had a nail

First oil change on my new vehicle
My oil change was at 8 a.m. but due to short staff problems the service rep was so busy with all of the other vehicles.
A simple one hour oil change turn into three hours and I did not get a phone call to say that my car was ready.
When I turned up to pick up my vehicle it was in the full sun with all the windows closed, the outside temperature was over 100 degrees, so you can imagine just how hot my vehicle got inside, I was unable to drive my vehicle until it'll cool down.
I did get a survey from the dealership and hopefully they will take my comments seriously, other than that the service was okay.

Always a pleasure dealing with honest and straight forward people.
Maintenance costs weather you go to an independent shop or a dealer. I prefer the dealer as the people here are honest and straight forward with no hidden agenda. My car has worked as it should and I'm never concerned when my wife and child take off on a road trip in this Arizona heat. I'm confident they will arrive at their destination because the car has been maintained properly.

Just one thing....
The service advisor I was assigned to was great...I believe his name was Tony. When my car was completed and I went to get it I misunderstood the process for returning the rental and retrieving my car. I went to return the rental first but seen a huge line and knew the service dept would be closing soon so thought I was using common sense to go to dealer service dept 1st. I got there at about 5:50 waited a couple minutes, no one was coming so I went inside to the service dept to find who could. There was only one guy there and he was standing and talking to another guy. This wasn't my service advisor Tony but someone else. He told me it was too late to get my car, that the rental had to be returned 1st which Tony had advised me,. Yes..Tony did tell me this under the assumption I was leaving work earlier. I couldn't leave earlier and rushed over there. Not being able to have my own car made me livid, he didn't help matters by telling me you were told this you were told that, even after I told him I didn't understand. I knew he wasn't sticking around or would he offer any help even if he could. I've bought two Velosters from your dealership, had it not been from my prior service, Tony, or the sales guy that showed me the new veloster while mine was being looked at I would not be giving this 5 stars because of the guy that should have just taken a second to realize there had been a misunderstanding.
