Jalani said he felt like any communication between him and this business was all on his part. This business did a great job on the work, but he made more calls to them than they made to him. He said this business could have called him each morning just to give him a status update so he could understand what was happening with his vehicle and he would have been satisfied. Instead this business contacted him half way through the week.
