I traded the car in for a 2015 EX-L V6 Accord sedan at Priority Honda in Chesapeake where I live because the 2012 was black.with a cream colored interior and it was too much for me to keep clean.
I hadn't really dealt with Colonial since my 2012 purchase, because of where I live.
It's almost the end of July 2020 and i slacked on getting my battery replaced and it was literally dead, had to jump start the car to get it going.
My dealership in Chesapeake didn't have an appointment slot for this Saturday( 25 July 2020) Colonial did, so I had my serpentine belt and battery replaced in an hr and a half.
There are very few dealerships I trust, but this is one place I don't hesitate to do business with.
I wouldn't rate them as one of the best Honda dealers, I'd rate them as one of the best auto dealers in Virginia.
Thanks again Colonial Honda, your customer service is as good as it was when I bought my first new Honda in 2012. I'll always keep you in mind when the time comes for vehicle purchase or service.
