I decided to go visit one of the best Ford Dealerships in Florida because I was ready for a new car. I walked around the lot looking at different cars. A sales consultant came over and introduced himself and he was not pushy. He took his time with me and did not deter me negatively. Then, in that moment, letting me know you are important and we are here for you. Let me know when you’re ready. I tried a different car but it wasn’t for me. OMG, I’m ready! I spotted something just for me! I decided to buy a brand-new Mustang 2020 very cute sports car, wonderful size, easy to handle, very smooth and comfortable on the road. Let’s not forget to say, I look very good in it. I did not realize how much fun you can have buying a car.
Sales Manager, Nazif, Sales Consultant, Ouda and in the Finance Department, Darlene worked together as a team which was very amazing. Everyone was very professional, when I entered the building is very clean. The greeting was very nice, dress code was very neat and clean. Business cards where given. If I had any questions or any issues on a situation. Sales Consultant helped with all of the questions I had and was very patient. He took the time to explain everything about the care of the car including interior, exterior on new features and all of its functions. Also, how things work which included the do’s and don’ts. Especially, getting down to the who, what, when, where and why? the Finance Manager made sure all transactions were all smoothly done and carefully explained, even down to service contract, warranty, protection plans, tags, decal, insurance. Refreshments were offered and I felt so relaxed. Lastly, Ford not only helps to lend a hand, I will say they deeply understand and care about the hand they hold.
