I brought my Subaru to have drivers side mirror and rear bumper repaired. After receiving the car, it took 10 days for the body shop to receive a replacement mirror but it was not the correct mirror for this car ( apparently several versions made for the car).
After attempting and requesting another mirror be sent, again the wrong mirror was sent by Subaru to the body shop.
I ended up picking up my car with only half the job done until the correct part could be located snd sent.
Subaru itself is at fault here and not the body shop itself!!
