I have taken my last two cars to Colletts and have always received excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

Collet's answered the phone immediately when I had to report a horrible whine in my car and the check battery light coming on. I was able to drive it to the shop right away and leave it for the appointment they had available the next day. I was afraid it wouldn't start again if I turned the engine off. They got it fixed early, the same day! My car was there to be worked on when they had a cancellation and a no-show. So I was able to be back on the road in it just a few hours after leaving it with them. Yes, I paid for a new alternator, but it had the original one in a nearly 11 year old car. Thanks for your good, quick service!

The replacement of the tie rods on my vehicle went as planned. I got my car back at the time promised. It was discovered this was needed at an oil change several weeks earlier. So it was fixed before it became an emergency issue, just as I like to get things handled.
