Steve said they did everything they needed to do. He did not have communication with this facility and there was no reason for them to keep him informed because his vehicle was only there for 3 days.

John said the employees were able to do all of the work quickly and well. They even threw in a few more things with no charge. He is very confident in bringing his vehicle here because the employees are always quick with getting an estimate and the scheduling process, they are exactly what he was looking for. His vehicle was finished a day earlier than expected.

Susan said when she came to pick up her vehicle after having some egg damage, there was still egg yolk and shells on it. She was charged almost a thousand dollars through her insurance and her vehicle didn't get fixed. They said the lighting in the facility was not bright enough for the staff to see the remaining egg yolk and shells. They did not do their job. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. She was not satisfied with the estimator. The front desk lady was nice but the lady who quoted her a rate was unexceptional and laughed in her face about the eggs yolk and shells not being removed. She would not recommend the business, for the aforementioned reasons. She stated she has used this facility before, and she was shocked.

I have been here several times. The first time it was a significant repair. After that I come, and they are always there. Nice poem, but true.
