I will never recomend or use again. I feel I can justify a claim of "bait and switch".
I had a very minor bump on my passenger side rear bumper cover which had also damaged the collision sensor beneath it. The repair estimate was for $4,225.44 which I thought was really high for the damage but as it was covered by the third party insurance, I accepted it. The second estimate after I had given the go-ahead was for $11,860.81. The excuse given was that Subaru insisted on the front end alignment, steering column. restraints and lift gate were all worked on with no justification, My complaint is that I would never have given them my car had I received the full estimate which was a known factor at the time of the first estimate. Also, I deny that there was rear lift-gate damage
What should have been at max, a 5 day repair took 3 weeks, because of this obvious over estimating.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress caused by the significant increase in your repair estimate. At Continental Collision Center, we hold ourselves to high standards and we clearly fell short during your visit. The estimator who handled your vehicle was new to our team and was not as familiar with Subaru-specific repairs procedures as they should have been.  We are using this situation as a learning experience to ensure our team is better trained and guided moving forward. Additionally, once your Subaru was disassembled, our techicians discovered hidden damage that was not visible during the initial visual inspection.  While additional damages are usually discovered during tear down, we recognize that out communication around these costs and procedures should have been far clearer and more transparent from the start.  We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify where we need to improve.
