My 17 year old son took his car here to get an oil change. He was texting me in the waiting room saying that they are asking him what ratio to use!?! Of course we don't know, that's their job they should know! After we picked up the car. $108.20 for an oil change, and brought it home, oil was leaking everywhere and was smoking under the hood!! We took the car back to them and they would not fix it, said it's been like that, did not take responsibility and would not reimburse me for the bad oil change; however, we've had the car for a year and a half and didn't leak a drop oil until taking it there, so we took it to another body shop where they confirmed they completely messed up the oil change and didnt replace the oil ring, resulting in the leak and they put way too many quarts of oil. The cost to drain and redo the oil change and fix the ring was $122. A few hours later my son was driving to work and the car broke down on the side of the road so he was late for work and had to pay to have it towed back to the second place we had the oil change done correctly and he determined oil had got in the alternator so the alternator went out!! So another $500!!! So in total it cost us a total of approximately $730 for what should have been a simple oil change!
