Nice, honest, professional people
I dropped my car off with AJ at Cordero's Auto Repair. His behavior was completely honest and personally engaging. He explained the process, and provided me an 'expected time' for me to pick up my car. He called me ahead of schedule and I picked up my car. My wife and I have used their services several times now. They provide clear, unambiguous, direct answers to any question I ask them. I have repeatedly gained the impression that they are looking for "long term relationships" with their clients. in these days of (I think) deliberately 'fuzzy' communication, ambiguous commitments, and outright lies, I find them to be completely professional, and eager to provide solid advice for a reasonable price.
