the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and stayed in communication however the electronic communication didn't line up to the verbal communication so created some confusion which was alleviated by some more verbal communication initiated by me.
5 lug studs had snapped off after previous work done here, they took the cost of that off the bill. was unfortunate that the system change they had made my previous visits work unavailable for review but I believe it has worked out ok well see when I pick it up.
