I used to like you guys.
I was really impressed the first time I went to you, you had transparency I thought but I will never return to this shop again. I ONLY returned because you charged us way too much for what you did and I was hoping the warranty covered the absolute disaster of what I can only assume were struts you ordered off Amazon. The work you guys did to our car is an absolute joke. I’m doing this review because you texted me so why not, when I went back over a squeaky messed up strut and you half claimed to fix it, guess what? It’s been a week and it’s broken again, and oh it gets better because a new one started squeaking. You guys blatantly blew me off trying to narrow down why the car is running rough even though you claimed it could make it across the country and I don’t know how anyone above the age of 3 couldn’t feel the rumble the entire car is making. We paid way too much to have work done and you’re honestly the worst shop I have ever had to deal with and heads up? I’m looking at legal ramifications with how this went down. I’d give you less than one star if I could, and I personally tell anyone in the north shore that’s looking to get car work to avoid you guys now.
