Excellent Repair Experience
I have used Cranston Collision several times over the years and find the staff welcoming, friendly, customer-oriented and professional. I received an estimate immediately (much less than the dealer's estimate), a loaner car (free) and reassurance that the work could be done easily within an appropriate timeframe. Auto body work can be a stressful experience but the staff here makes everything easy. The body work, as always, was excellent, and as an additional, the auto was delivered back to me in tip-top condition, clean and washed.
