What makes them different are the employees Crossroads Hyundai has always had
Great ones and Shawna Fisher is one of the great ones very friendly, helpful, excellent
knowledge of the vehicles, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

"Tires"
Manufacturer of the tire was way late. Not dealers fault on why it took so long. Only comment would be to give me the different tire option earlier. Not after 8 hours of the car being at the dealer.

"A simple service turned bad"
I just bought a 2012 Genesis from out of state & I needed a fob & key programed. I made an appointment, service was very nice and professional. Programming was done on the fob & I didn't realize the key wasn't till I tried it myself. I was directed to a manager who told me Greeley has the machine to do it. My point, if I was told this initially I would have went to another dealership to do so. The manager who I talked with afterward apparently wasn't concerned with my inconveniece or cost of having this service done. It could have been corrected with telling me at first they were only able to program the fob and not cut the key. Sounds simple, but apparently not.
