Abdigani said he was charged $110 for a diagnostic. The staff told him it would cost $400 for the repairs. There was a lot of inconsistency in the information they were giving him.

I am very sorry you feel we were not giving you good information.  We checked out your vehicle and let you know it needed a transmission replaced.  We also let you know there is a chance when we get inside the transmission that we may be able to save you money but we needed to give you the higher price as we did not know if the other situation would work.

I've been a customer for 20+ years. Repair work has always been up to high standards. No repairs suggested just to ante up the price.

"Great costumer service! "
I called in the morning to se if they had an opening for an oil change, he sad sure come on down. I went there 30 minutes later and they got me right in, and I love the fact that they don't tell you that you need this and that done when you really don't. Great place, great price and great customer service. I will keep coming back🤗

Kendra said this business has been extremely helpful and never lie to her. They let her know the condition her vehicle is actually in. The last time it was in pretty bad condition because of the rust. They were concerned about her safety, not just about money for the business. They are always smiling and doing their best to make sure the customers are happy.

"Fantastic Service, As Usual!"
I had four tires replaced, and ended up getting an oil change, and needing a tie rod replaced as well. Communication was fantastic, I never felt pushed into a repair, they explained why each thing was needed and let me make my decision. They are ALWAYS friendly and easy to work with, which is why I won't bring any of my vehicles anywhere else! I absolutely recommend Crosstown Auto to anyone who asks!

"Found a major problem"
I scheduled an oil change and brake inspection. They found a broken rear spring and a bad shock. I just drove 450 miles and it drove like a new van again. I'm very happy with the service I had done.
