I am beyond frustrated with the customer service at Crown Genesis of St. Petersburg, Florida. In my experience, their business practices lack professionalism, and I believe they are conducting questionable operations.
On September 30, I took my car in for two recalls and to address wind and rain intrusion that occurred during Hurricane Milton (on 10/10). However, as of today, my vehicle has not been returned.
The Genesis representative I interacted with was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Additionally, the service manager has been unresponsive, refusing to return calls or communicate in any way. I have attempted to escalate the issue to their corporate headquarters, but even they have been ignored by the staff at Crown.
Buyers, please be aware that this dealership does not uphold the quality or luxury service you would expect from a brand like Genesis. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when considering their services.
This poor level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will continue to raise awareness of the situation.
