"When at Crown Hyundai, ask for August"
August is a service associate at Crown Hyundai, and has been such a help whenever I've had my car in for service. My car was one of those affected by the engine recall and he went out of his way to call me immediately and frequently with updates. It made it a lot less inconvenient, plus he was always polite and professional. I just had an issue with a tire where the tire was not holding air. I ended up buying a tire so that I had 2 matching tires on the axle. August had to order the tires and instead of making me wait, he had the spare put on the car, fixed the bad tire while I was at work, and then mounted out the other tire when I got there after work. He arranged this so that I had the least amount of inconvenience and so I wouldn't have to be (too) late to work.

I now ask for August whenever I bring my car in for service.

"Service for minor problem in Santa Fe, 2017"
Had a problem with the vehicle losing power from time to time. The service man (O) took the time to understand what was going on. he als fixed a couple of very minor things while I was there. I felt that he treated me as a valued customer.
