Hi Placido, customer service is critical to us. We did repair your initial complaint which was your car not starting after a couple of days and your navigation/audio system constantly rebooting. We found a major electrical fault in your vehicle. You even told us that the dealer could not figure this out. We only charged you one diagnostic fee to repair this problem. After you picked up your car you had additional complaints. These complaints would require additional time to sort out. We explained that we were more than willing to help out. Please give me a call so we can sort this out.
