Exceptional Service From Start to Finish
I original booked service to drop off my car at 3 PM, knowing they close after 5 PM. I asked the service consultant if I could pick the car up by 5 PM, as I needed the car that night. Instead, the service consultant said I could wait and they would work to get the service finished within the hour. I went across the street to Home Depot and to Starbucks. As I walked into the service area, my car was being pulled into the drop off area. I asked the service consultant if there was an issue. She stated "No sir. Your car is finished." Unfortunately, I had only taken 3 sips of my coffee before having to drive out!! LOL! Unbelievable service and professionalism! Keep up the great work.
