Spoke with Eryn. She said she was not pleased with the work. The paint does not match, it is the wrong color. There was no promise date. She only heard from the insurance company when the quote was in. They did not keep her informed that her vehicle was being worked on. She did not hear from them until her vehicle was ready. They are very open to working with her on fixing the issue. She is going tomorrow to talk about the paint. They are very accommodating and he understands the problem and seems like he is going to be reasonable towards fixing the situation.

Sarah said this business did a good job. They got the work done in a timely manner. There was a little bit of confusion as to when the parts would be in but as soon as they knew, they called her with that information. The prices are high but not as high as other facilities.

Josh said the communication wasn't there for most of the time. They were really good and the quality of the work was fantastic. After 2 days, it was ready as promised. At the beginning, there was a lack of communication after the estimate was provided.

James said the service took twice as long to complete than it should have. The personnel seemed not to care about his service. The business never contacted him to let him know they were ready to begin the work. They told him it was a parts delay but he did not see that reflected on his invoice. He had to constantly call for service updates.
