I have been a customer for almost 4 years, and just can't stop singing the praises of Ottavio and his staff. I started with them on a Groupon oil change and that simple experience was SO REWARDING that it only grew from there. They have serviced my vehicle from purchase through the 120 K current mileage and have just done a FANTASTIC job. I am sad to say that I am relocating to a warmer year-round climate and will miss them terribly. They just finished a final expiring warranty inspection and front brakes job, and as usual everything was done to perfection. I am happy and appreciative to have become a VIP, for which I encourage every one of you to give them a try, for I truly believe that you too will become a win win VIP in no time at all. This relationship has become like family, and I will always be thankful for the way he treated me and serviced my car from the day we met. Thanks Ottavio for being the best auto shop that I have ever dealt with, and more importantly, happy to call you my friend. I will always hold you in the highest regard and recommend you without hesitancy and visit whenever in town.
