Excellent communication! Called us a couple times with questions to help in identifying the problem with the vehicle, and also called to give us an update on the progress of the repair. Owning an Alfa Romeo Guilia TI Q4 is kinda' like dating a Super Model. High maintenance, but oh so beautiful. Would not recommend one unless you have other cars. However, Tom and everyone at Dave's Import Service keep my indulgent semi-exotic car on the road!
