Spoke with Eric's wife. She said she likes this business but she is unhappy with the most recent experience. She intends to take her vehicle back to this business for further service. The customer service at this business is very good. The young lady at the desk is really nice. The people are all very nice. She is concerned about the condition of her vehicle at present.
