Del and his team are very nice people and stand up to their warranty. They repaired my head gasket in my 2006 Subaru Outback and replaced the timing belt. This started a cascade of issues with my car. First, it started overheating incessantly. Then, it started shuttering on startup. I paid Del to replace the radiator when he told me this was the cause of my overheating, however it continued to overheat. I eventually felt frustrated and non-trusting and took my car to the dealership. They also started throwing parts at my car. When all said and done, I had paid over $5000 in repairs between Del and the Dealership. Finally, I told the dealership to look over Del's work and they told me the head gasket had been done incorrectly and the timing was a tooth off (causing the shuttering). Del reworked the head gasket at this point (under warranty), but I'm still out a ton of money as well as the time I spent stranded on the side of the road. I also took time out of work to deal with car issues and had towing expenses. Overall, the worst mechanic experience of my life!
