I've brought in my Nissan Pathfinder twice over the past month for two separate issues, brake work and an electrical issue with one of my power windows. Both times I was able to easily schedule appointments online and was contacted in a timely manner the following day. Once in the shop, I received text updates letting me know the diagnosed problems and options of how to proceed with the price clearly outlined. When the issue was with my power window, I was also sent a video explaining and showing me the problem which I really appreciated. I was given a projection about when my car would be ready which was on target. I thought the communication was excellent, the prices were fair, and the work was completed in a timely manner.
