Very competent, caring and timely
Our car was badly damaged in a collision with a deer. Much damage to the vehicle and the components, including software. Rich and the crew restored it to a nearly new condition. We are very pleased with the result.

I don't know what the heck "not at all likely" means, please change that phrase. Any way I gave a 10, assuming a 10 was a high score.

Fancy building, but incompetent!
Took our Ridgeline for a small repair. Took a long time and communication with our insurance was poor. It left us with paying more than expected. When we went to pick up vehicle, they asked us to pay even more due to their poor accounting. Very disappointed!

Quality, consistency, friendly and great communication
It was upsetting to have been in an accident (was rear ended), but the entire process for repairs was pain free and easy. Quality was fabulous and my beautiful car is back to original form.

Amazing work. Above and beyond.
The team that took care of my car did excellent work. The communication along the way was great. The work was done right on the deadline for the car rental that the insurance was paying for. My car went in so dirty it was embarrassing. I picked it up completely detailed inside and out. They even left a paint touch up pen that I can use to touch up a few of the scratches not covered by the insurance. I was delighted with that.

TUESDAY and THRSDAY only autobody shop
This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

Service Slow
The repair was exceptionally well done. The wait time for the appointments for the estimate and the drop off were too long. It took five weeks after that to get the car back.

Caveat Emptor
Just read it. I've said enough. As always, the devil's in the details. At one point late in the process, I was informed that Subaru REQUIRED a particular inspection to the steering column ANY TIME there is a front end collision. I have now received the car back with NO INSPECTION done. It might NOT actually be necessary, but imagine our panic when State Farm REFUSED to pay for it. This has not been a pleasant situation on any level. I'm just glad to have our car back.

Exceptional
Chris and Lily provided weekly updates on the status of my car. I had a couple of hiccups at pick up but they were fast to fix things. Brent, the manager went over and beyond to help me. Everyone was professional and friendly.
