Friendly personnel, easy to make an appointment and clean waiting area.
I asked how long the service appointment would take and was told about 2 hours which was exactly how long it took. Promptness made it easy to plan the rest of my day. Hayley was especially friendly and easy to deal with.

I do not have trouble making an appointment. It is clean and the personnel is friendly.
I asked how long the service appointment would take. I was told about 2 hours. It took exactly that amount of time which made planning the rest of my day easy. Hayley was especially easy to deal with.
