Recent Visit for Recall Work
Another recall, this time to put in software patch which will monitor engine bearing wear. Appt was set and although waiting room was crowded for a mid-morning time, they took me right away. I was in and out in under 35 min which is great. Techs were fine and all worked well
good place as long as you have an appt.

Better communication needed
We were told the recall repair would take several hours and we'd have to leave it, but it would be fixed when we returned. It was not - we have to go back for another lengthy period.

I'm very sorry for us not communicating the process that it would take to resolve the recall on your vehicle. unfortunately we have to perform an inspection first and order the parts by VIN# for this recall. i did have the chance to speak with your Husband before he left and reviewed the customer copy of the repair order, the customer copy you received is a direct copy of the "hard copy".
