"Kimberly Owens in the Service department made all the difference."
I have purchased two cars from this dealership and brought my father there to purchase another at the time i had my car in service. Kimberly Owens took over my service call after my car had been looked at, given a diagnosis and then just sat. There was no personalisation to the service call whatsoever UNTIL she took it over. She took it upon herself to take it to the next level to address the service needed on my vehicle. She alone made the service call move forward in a positive manner and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. If not for her this review would NOT have been submitted as it has. She is a true asset.
