Outstanding Service
As usual, Rick at Direct Tire went abovecand beyond. After bringing in my car for a routine LOF, it was discovered that 2 small nails were in one of the tires which had caused a barely noticeable drop in PSI. The video I was sent showed that 1 nail was in a position making it impossible to repair the tire. Rick was able to expedite order of the correct tire and everything was done and ready for pick up the same day!
