Nightmare customer service
This is the first time in my life I have written a bad review, and it is very well deserved. I received the worst customer service of my life here. I called 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new windshield and installment. I booked an appointment for the coming Saturday (this was a monday.) They called me on Thursday to confirm my appointment and to let me know they had my windshield there in the shop. I work m-f and teach classes on the weekends. I had to move a class to accommodate this repair, which would have been no big deal had they actually fixed it. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited for 45 minutes in a disgusting and freezing waiting room before they let me know they gave my windshield to someone on Thursday and that I'd have to come back. I was agitated but I agreed to come back the following Saturday to get it fixed. I didn't want to have to move another class so I booked the 8am slot and was told they would have me in and out in under an hour, "no problem." So I arrived at 8am the following Saturday. There was one guy in the shop, the lights were still off, no one was in the office, and there was another (also unhappy customer waiting with me.) The guy told me it would be a minimum of an hour and half wait because there was no else there....which didn't work for me since my class starts at 10 on the other side of the city. He didn't even try to fix the problem or bother to apologize. Don't book 8am appointments if you don't have the staff to fulfill orders. Keep better track of your inventory and call people if you don't have what they need in stock for their appointments. And if you mess up and don't have it, don't make them wait almost an hour before telling them you can't help them. And at the very least vacuum your waiting room, no one is expecting a fancy waiting room, but 5 minutes of cleaning and a space heater in 15 degree weather would have gone a long way. My advice to anyone reading this review is to go ANYWHERE but here. Literally ANYWHERE.
