From the moment you step in the door Pete or someone else smiles and welcomes you. They always make it clear when they can assist you - when they intend to begin and about how long it will take. he paperwork is minimal and smooth.
They tell you how they intend to solve the problem or respond to your request.
They are detailed in explaining the process, trouble-shooting options and estimate.
