Jan said this business could have tried harder to please a long time Cadillac customer. She has been with Cadillac since 1967. She was not satisfied with the individual preparing her estimate because they didn't do anything. She had to go to the Cadillac dealership herself to get her repair estimate. The business charged her for a part upgrade the Cadillac dealership told her was under her warranty. The business told her the $100 parts charge was for a deductible but when she got the bill it was listed under an unspecified charge.
