Miranda said she is unsure if her parents were given a time the vehicle would be ready. Also she mentioned that she was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because that person did a visual inspection and the vehicle was never put up in the air on the rack. She went to Firestone after the estimate to make sure her fluids were topped off and they told her that the tires would have exploded within 150 to 200 miles because of the accident, and she was planning a road trip to California. Lastly she said Todd was great to work with.
