Patricia said she did not like the attitude of the staff. She said they were pert and their attitude was nothing like the dealership, who she noted was very good. Her vehicle was two days late from when it was supposed to be ready and it was not clean. She did not even receive a call from the business regarding when her vehicle was ready. She had to find out from the insurance agent. She indicated she would only recommend this business to others based on the Don Massey name.
