Lisa said the business was very professional and they are conveniently located for her. The customer service was good and she had no complaints. There is still one part of the repair left to complete. The business was waiting for a part and now she just has to bring the vehicle in. She did not elaborate on the part. Lisa said the vehicle should have been ready on Thursday but it wasn't ready until Monday afternoon due to a lack of communication. She had to initiate the inquiries about the status of the vehicle. It wasn't an inconvenience to her because she lives nearby and didn't need this vehicle.
