Erika said the body work was not acceptable. The business told her the vehicle was finished, but when she saw that the bumper did not align well she refused to accept the vehicle. The bumper will have to be done again and there was a part that was never replaced that will also have to be properly repaired. She said it was a big job and the business never gave her a promised time. She will not recommend this business at this point because of the poor workmanship.
