Judy said her experience was excellent in every aspect and they were amazing. Everyone was so friendly every time she was in, and they really cared about her, her vehicle and doing a good job. They did an excellent job and it doesn't look like anything happened. She wanted to make sure she got GM parts. They worked with the insurance company to make sure she wouldn't have to pay extra for those parts, and she didn't have to, so it all worked out. She was super impressed, and stated she'd thought of giving the staff $5 Starbucks cards. The work was absolutely perfect. She brought her Chevrolet to Ed Bozarth's Chevrolet and they'd told her Don Massey does good work.
