First oil change
Service Department was great. Very quick in and out for my 1st oil change since purchasing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in December 2018. However, when finishing up paperwork I was told that I owed nearly $60.00. I explained that there was no charge...it was my first oil change and when I purchased my Jeep..I had 2 free oil changes plus Mr. Pickleseimer "threw in" 3 more free oil changes as incentive to persuade me to purchase. I was told that Mr. Pickleseimer is no longer a sales manager and my paperwork stating that I had free oil changes miraculously have disappeared. Plus when I bought Jeep my tags were supposed to be transferred from my old car (Chevy Malibu) to my Jeep..when I went to buy my tags at end of January, I was informed that I had been driving on fictitious tags...my tags were still registered to my Malibu!!! I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Don Wood (Logan)...3 of them from Don Wood Chevrolet and my new Jeep from Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Logan. I never had an issue with Don Wood Chevrolet....EVER, after my experience with Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram....I WILL NEVER buy from them again!
