Last week I wrongly thought to give them the opportunity to redeem them self servicing my Genesis but as low as they are they refuse, I thought about getting even after he vandalize my car, but I also thought that if I do that I will become as low as they are.
I believe they have some MAFIA where the General Manager covers for employees that makes mistakes, as he agree not to service and even I still have pictures that proof the vandalism, I can only recommend to all not to take yours Cars into that Dealer.
I have safe a family member and two friends that were interested on purchasing a Genesis GV80 of going to the Doral Genesis Car Dealer.
It is a disgrace that an organization that claims to have excellent customer service is employing people like them.
For me, as long as i can I will continue saving friend and family members to go there.
There are some good people around the World but at that Dealer there is only bad ones that pretends to be good ones.
Total disgrace. Keep a way from going there PLEASE, PLEASE.
